  • No power of Aux. source.
  • Malfuntion on PCB board.
  • Over temperature of SCR.
  • Check the Aux. power supply.
  • Repair or replace the PCB board.
  • Check the SCR temperature.
IN
(L2)		 Green No indication of input lamp.
Lamp lighting means normal.
  • No output signal from TIC.
  • Output signal from TIC is reverse.
  • Max value of internal output or External VR is zero setted.
  • Check the output signal of TIC.
  • Reverse the connect wiring of TIC.
  • Check the setting of internal and external VR output.
OUT
(L3)
Red		 No indication of output lamp.

Phase angle control-lamp lighting means normal.

Zero crossing control-lamp blinks means normal.
  • No output signal from TIC or reverse the connecting of output signal
  • Lamp IN lighting and lamp OUT on indication.
  • Lamp OUT lighting but no current output.
  • Check the lamp IN, NO indication means no output signal from TIC or reverse wired.
  • Repair or replace the PCB board in case of the malfunction from the board.
  • Check main power supply of fuse.
ERR
(L4)		 Yellow Over-temp of SCR lamp light.

Lamp lighting means SCR over temp.
  • Malfunction or dirt blocking on the ventilation fan.
  • High ambient temperature or poor ventilation.
  • Replace or clean the dirt of the impeller.
  • Improve the ventilation condition.
